If you haven't received a confirmation email after purchasing your ticket, then please contact the ticketing company directly. Alternatively, try accessing your ticket via the Skiddle app. Please check your junk/spam folder beforehand as well, just in case.

Does the name on my ticket matter?

No. We won't check the name on your ticket, so you're free to give it to a friend or family member without any issue.

Do you offer refunds?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. This year, Boundary Brighton has partnered up with Tixel who provide a safe and easy place for you to sell your ticket to another fan. If you are no longer able to attend and would like to sell your ticket, please visit Tixel and follow the prompts.

The name on the ticket does not have to match the person using it, however, re-sale of tickets outside of our official re-sale partner Tixel is strictly forbidden and could result in your tickets being cancelled. For more information on re-sale click here.

Tickets bought as a payment plan will not be able to be re-sold until the final instalment has been paid.
